Mr. D.Ganbat, Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs received a Myanmar delegation led by Mr. Win Mra, Chairman of the Myanmar National Human Rights Commission on 15 September 2014.

In addition to the reference on rapidly developing bilateral relations between Mongolia and Myanmar, Mr. D.Ganbat provided detailed information about the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia, while noting that Mongolia has been pursuing to strengthen democracy, human rights, and freedom for over 20 years.

Mr. Win Mra, Chairman of the Myanmar National Human Rights Commission thanked Mr. D.Ganbat for his time and expressed his hope for widening of bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in the future. Mr. Win Mra emphasized the Myanmar National Human Rights Commission's willingness to learn from the best positive experiences of the National Human Rights Commission of Mongolia.
