On January 20, Chairman M.Enkhbold attended the Session IV themed Regional Development Cooperation and in his speech Mr.Enkhbold emphasized that Mongolia ratified its sustainable development goals in February 2016 and became one of the first countries to set its national goals. Consequently, strengthening its democratic governance, providing ecological balance, eliminating all forms of poverty and changing rank into the middle-income country.

The 26th Annual Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum was concluded with ratification of the HA NOI DECLARATION that cites the APPF cooperation and dialogue have contributed to regional peace, stability, cooperation and development. The APPF’s member countries have redoubled efforts to strengthen international cooperation on the basis of equality, mutual respect and benefits, respecting the principles of international law, toward a peaceful, stable and prosperous Asia - Pacific region.

On January 21-23, 2018, Mongolian parliamentarians will be continuing with an official visit to Viet Nam under invitation of Nguyễn Thị Kim Ngân, Chairwoman of the National Assembly of Vietnam.
