The Minister of Justice Kh.Temuujin MP Monday submitted to the Speaker Z.Enkhbold a draft amendment to the law on criminal procedure. The Minister wants to determine jurisdictions of running investigation operations by the Investigation Service and of the newly established Thakhar Service (Marshals). He has added clauses on carrying out investigations over 54 kinds of felonious and non-felonious crimes committed by officials of the Corruption Combating Agency (CCA), on inquiries of five kinds of crimes, on running investigation over seven kinds of crimes, reflected in the criminal law.
