Minister of Road and Transport Development and Member of Parliament B. Delgersaikhan submitted the proposed ratification of amendments to the “Intergovernmental Agreement on the Trans-Asian Railway Network” to Chairman of the State Great Hural (Parliament) D. Amarbayasgalan today (2025.03.26).

The proposed amendments define general principles for the exchange of electronic transport information between railway administrations and customs authorities within the Trans-Asian Railway Network.

According to Minister B. Delgersaikhan, these changes aim to create a unified framework for coordinating cross-border electronic data exchange among the agreement’s participating countries.
