Today, October 16, 2024, Chairman of the State Great Hural, H.E. Mr. D. Amarbayasgalan, formally welcomes The Hon. Susan Lines, President of the Australian Senate, who is on an official visit to Mongolia, in a ceremony held at Sukhbaatar Square.

Chairman Amarbayasgalan, alongside President Lines, paid respects at the statue of Chinggis Khaan before proceeding to the Pillared Hall of the State Palace, where The Hon. Susan Lines signed the guestbook, leaving a commemorative note.

Following the signing, Chairman Amarbayasgalan and President Lines took an official photograph to mark the occasion.

After the welcome ceremony, the official proceedings of President Lines’ visit continued with an extended meeting at the State Palace between Chairman Amarbayasgalan and The Hon. Susan Lines.
