The Minister says it has become vital to remove some obstacles that hinder in implementation of a law, which came into force on January 1 of 2014, and to alter the law’s clauses due to a policy change.

By the draft he wants to regulates the rules of using force, special tools and arms by the police in accordance with standards of the UN Human Rights in order to ensure the public security, the Minister explains. He has formulated the draft under some resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly and international regulatory documents, he adds.
