G.Zandanshatar, Chairman of the State Great Hural, accompanied by his spouse G.Otgongerel paid a courtesy call on His Majesty Naruhito, Emperor of of Japan and Her Highness Masako, Empress of Japan on March 3, 2023 at the Royal Palace.

G.Zandanshatar, Chairman of the State Great Hural expressed his delight for calling on a courtesy on His Majesty Naruhito, Emperor of Japan and conveyed the warm greetings of the people of Mongolia to His Majesty Naruhito, Emperor of Japan and the friendly people of Japan.

He further expressed confidence that this visit to Japan will be an important impetus for the strengthening the "Special Strategic Partnership for Peace and Prosperity" in the "Strategic Partnership" relationship and cooperation between Mongolia and Japan and for intensifying the development of mutually beneficial economic cooperation between the two countries. He mentioned that the 2023 has been announced as the “Year to visit Mongolia”, and reaffirmed the invitation of U.Khurelsukh, the President of Mongolia, who invited both His Majesty Naruhito and Her Highness Masako to visit Mongolia at their convenience.

His Majesty Naruhito, the Emperor of Japan noted that the historical 50^th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Japan has been commemorated in 2022 and the camaraderie and friendship between the peoples of the two countries strengthened while wished success to the official visit of the Chairman of the State Great Hural of Mongolia to Japan.
