Chair of the Standing Committee on Innovation and e-Policy, MP N.Uchral, Head of the Working Group, MP J.Chinburen and MP B.Saranchimeg visited the Third State Central Hospital, and Health Centers in Bayanzurkh and Songinokhairkhan Districts to get acquainted with the e-transition process in the health sector.
April 5, 2022. The Prime Minister of Mongolia L.Oyun-Erdene submitted to the Chairman of the State Great Hural (Parliament) G.Zandanshatar a draft law on reducing the negative impacts and supply shortages of key goods and products caused by the international crisis.
April 5, 2022. The launching of the “D-Parliament” platform aimed at ensuring the participation of citizens and the public in the legislative process, which is the main activity of the State Great Hural, was held in the State Palace. The opening ceremony attended by more than 2,200 participants was held under the "Digital, Democratic, Deliberative" motto.
April 5, 2022. At the Standing Committee meeting on Legal Affairs, it was agreed to discuss the draft law on amending the Law on Violations. The amendments to include warning measures instead of fining punishments.
April 5, 2022. Minister of Finance, MP B.Javkhlan submitted the draft law on Public-Private Partnership to G.Zandanshatar, Chairman of the State Great Hural. The draft law consists of 9 chapters and 60 articles to create new regulations and financial resources for Mongolia's financial and fiscal management system, as well as to implement projects for the development of public infrastructure and public services.
April 5, 2022. At the Standing Committee meeting on Economics, the first reading of the of the draft resolution of the State Great Hural on “Establishment of Khushig valley free economic zone” was held. Also, it was agreed to discuss the draft law on reducing the negative impacts and supply shortages of key goods and products caused by the international crisis.
April 6, 2022. MP B.Battumur submitted a draft resolution of the State Great Hural to Speaker G.Zandanshatar on establishing an ad hoc committee to investigate the Development Bank. For the first time in the history of the Parliament of Mongolia, the Ad hoc committee for oversight of the State Great Hural following the 2019 amendments to the Constitution of Mongolia, will be established so far. The Ad hoc committee to collect, obtain and study evidence; to examine and evaluate the evidence at a public hearing; to call as a witness, take a statement and ask questions; to appoint an expert and obtain explanations; and has the right to introduce its decision at the Parliament plenary session for discussion.
April 3, 2022. The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Mongolia S.Odontuya was appointed as an international observer in the elections of the National Assembly of Hungary. She represented the Mongolian Parliament as one of 99 observers from the 28-member states of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCEPA).
April 6, 2022. At the Standing Committee meeting on Environment, Food and Agriculture of the State Great Hural, it was agreed to discuss the draft law on amending the Forest Law.

April 7, 2022. Chair of the Standing Committee on State Structure, MP J.Munkhbat met with Ms. Lolita Čigāne, a special election assessment mission head in Mongolia, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR). The mission was opened in May 2021 to assess the election for its compliance with OSCE commitments and other international obligations and standards for democratic elections, as well as with national legislation.
April 7, 2022. At the plenary session of the State Great Hural, the draft resolution of the State Great Hural on “Establishment of Khushig valley free economic zone” was approved with majority of votes. Also, the draft law on amending the Forest Law was supported to discuss and authorize the Standing Committee on Environment, Food and Agriculture for the first reading. Moreover, the draft law on amending the Law on Violations was supported to discuss and authorize the Standing Committee on Legal Affairs for the first reading.
April 8, 2022. Upon a decree of the Chairman of the State Great Hural, a working group was established to prepare the draft law on reducing the negative impacts and supply shortages of key goods and products caused by the international crisis to prepare for further proceedings. The working group called a press conference, which is headed by MP Kh.Bulgantuya with members MP J.Ganbaatar, MP T.Dorjkhan, MP B.Purevdorj, MP Ch.Undram, Ch.Khurelbaatar and B.Choiljilsuren.
April 8, 2022. The Standing Committee on Environment, Food and Agriculture issued a Resolution to monitor the implementation of the Law on Special Protected Areas. Accordingly, a member of the working group, MP G.Munkhtsetseg visited the Gobi region and got acquainted with some areas that are planned to be taken under special state protection, and met with representatives of local government and organizations.
