A party or coalition obtained at least 8 seats in the State Great Hural, may establish a caucus.
If a coalition, formed from parties, obtains not less than 8 seats in the State Great Hural election, it shall form one coalition caucus.
If members represent several parties or independent members having less than 8 seats in the State Great Hural, they may join into a caucus.
Members representing several parties or independent members obtaining less than 8 seats in the State Great Hural, shall not establish a caucus.
A caucus shall elect leader from amongst the members and shall officially inform it to the Chairman of the State Great Hural.
Decision on the establishment of a caucus and membership roster shall be submitted to the Chairman of the State Great Hural within 24 hours, following the election of the Chairman at the inauguration session.
The Chairman shall officially announce the decision on caucus establishment and membership roster at the plenary session of the State Great Hural.
