Today (May 24, 2021), member of the State Great Hural (Parliament) of Mongolia, Head of the Mongolian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Mr. D.Tsogtbaatar met with H.E. Jalgas Adilbayev, Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Mongolia.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. D.Tsogtbaatar, MP emphasized the growth and development of the traditional friendly relations between the two countries and reaffirmed the invitation for the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin to pay visit to Mongolia.
Ambassador Jalgas Adilbayev expressed his commitment to strengthen the friendly relations between Kazakhstan and Mongolia and enrich the cooperation with trade and economic content. He mentioned the candidacy of Askar Shakirov, Deputy Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for the position as Vice-President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, and stressed the importance of mutual support within the framework of multilateral cooperation.
This year marks the 29 anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Mongolia and Kazakhstan. During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on strengthening friendly relations between the two countries, intensifying high-level political dialogue, overcoming the challenges of the global pandemic and vaccination situation.
